Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items, including single Pokémon cards and sealed products.

Reason:
Sealed products may be resealed, and opened cards may have their condition altered. To protect our customers and maintain inventory integrity, every purchase is non-returnable. This is a necessary and common policy in the collectibles industry.

Extreme Circumstances:
In rare cases—such as a proven shipping error on our part, receipt of a completely wrong item, or verifiable damage in transit not caused by the carrier—we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Any approved remedy (replacement, store credit, or refund) will be determined solely at our discretion after investigation. This clause does not apply to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or condition concerns arising after delivery. Thank you for understanding!
